How to...filter your EPUK mail with Powermail

EPUK strongly recommends that all EPUKers set up filters so the list posts don’t clog up their inbox. Here are the step by step instructions for Powermail

1. Create a new folder called EPUK (File>Folders>new Folder)

2. Go to Setup>Mail Filters

3. Click on the green plus icon to create a new filter

4. Set conditions of “Subject contains [EPUK]”

5. Set actions of “Move message into folder EPUK”

6. Check “Don’t apply subsequent filters to this message”

7. Close the window to save the filter.
