When it comes to PR brazenness, we had to admire the panache of developer Oakmayne Properties this week, who sent out press releases to picture desks with five pound notes attached begging for them to send their own photographers. While sadly EPUK’s note wasn’t exactly legal tender after it came through the fax machine, this certainly makes a change from the usual PR technique of keeping the fivers and asking around for a photographer at fifty notes all in.
