Legal papers filed by the mother of troubled singer Britney Spears give an insight into the close relationship between the artiste’s entourage and the paparazzi.

In documents published on The Smoking Gun website, Lynne Spears alleges her daughter’s manager Sam Lufti instructed a paparazzi to take Spears away from her house in one of the singer’s cars. According to her statement, Lufti later sent several more paparazzi to bring the singer back.

According to Lynne Spears, Lufti had let “two or three” paparazzi inside the house who, she says, “addressed Lufti with great respect…like a general”.

The day after the statement was made, a Los Angeles Court Commissioner granted a temporary restraining order application against Lutfi, ordering him to stay away from the singer.

According to recent news reports Britney Spears began dating Finalpixx paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, who is mentioned in the court papers, in December 2007. Ghalib’s wife has since filed for divorce.
