Singer and nocturnal rambling enthusiast George Michael is planning to sue the the photographer who pictured him in flagrante with a “pot-bellied, 58-year-old, jobless van driver.” on Hampstead Heath reports the Guardian.

The part time musician and full time ‘victim of media harassment’
has forgone the easy option of suing mutli billionaire Rupert Murdoch and News International Corp who are said to have commissioned and originally published the images in the News of the World.

Instead he has decided to pursue the photographer tasked with covering his night time assignations.

Michael stresses that despite releasing a song called ‘Outside’
which featured a multi-million pound video shot in a public loo, shortly after being arrested for an act of indecency in an LA toilet he has never encouraged interest in his private life.

He is said to be sick of intrusion and attention of photographers and has unusually has instructed lawyers to initiate legal action against secondary sources who reported on the News of the World story.
