A one day course on 31 March will give a basic introduction to working with digital photography, from camera to client.

A one day course on 31 March will give a basic introduction to working with digital photography, from camera to client.

It will include an introduction to simple “quick and dirty” ways of correcting and enhancing images, based around Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Attendees are asked to bring their laptops.

The course will cover some simple background theory, exposure for digital photography, the choice of RAW or JPEG, archiving and storage , simple image correction and manipulation, metadata and industry standards for supply of images.

The course costs £55 for NUJ members and £85 for non-NUJ members, and will be at Living Space, Coral Street, London SE1 7BE.
