The 24:2007 exhibition opens this Saturday at the SS Robin steamship at West India Quay, London E14, (next to the West India Quay DLR station)
Now in its fourth year, the exhibition chronicles the first 24 hours of the new year through the lenses of 24 photographers. Established in 2004 by 24 post graduate photography students from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, the project ultimately hopes to create social documentary spanning 24 years, and seeks to define what the end of one year and beginning of another comes to represent over time.
The exhibition runs until 16th April 2007, and is open from Wednesdays to Friday from 1pm to 7pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 5pm. There are limited tickets still available for the private viewing on Thursday 22nd March from 5pm to 8pm: contact admin@24photography.org for details. More details on the exhibition can be seen at www.24photography.org
