Diana photographers 'to sue' C4

The photographers who took the last pictures of Princess Diana after her accident are to sue Channel 4 for using the images without permission reports ContactMusic.com.

Fabrice Chassery and David Kerr are said to have launched legal proceedings against the network for failing to acknowledge a letter which they sent to producers pleading for the photos not to be used. They claim that the images were taken as evidence by the French Police and are meant to remain in Paris under “lock and key”.
